6 Ways Startups Waste Money on Marketing

Marketing will be where the majority of startups spend most of their budgets. The average B2B marketer spends 42 percent of their budgets on marketing. Yet there are so many startups that don’t always get the results they want simply because most of their dollars are being wasted. If you are failing due to ineffective tactics and tools, this guide is going to show you some of the most common mistakes you may already be making, and how to turn things around.

Building a Following on Social Media

Your marketing budget should be spent partly on social media. But so many startups are convinced that building a following is going to lead to success. The problem with this is that social media reach is no longer what’s best for business. Facebook has seen organic reach crippled. Investing all this time into building a following is nearly pointless because what you’ll quickly discover is that you can have 100 likes on Facebook yet still make more money through advertising than someone with a thousand likes.
When only a fraction of your following will ever see your posts, building a following on social media is an entirely fruitless pursuit, so save your money.
Building a following remains important, but it should come through purchases of your products not through ‘like’ building campaigns.

Giving Up Too Soon

Startup owners believe that their product is so great that it’s sure to gain traction within a matter of days. Many small businesses begin with a twinkle in their eye and then realize they are not going to have an easy time.
Rather than persevering, they give up too soon. Many small business owners begin with high expectations and then when these aren’t met they believe it’s a problem with their business. You have unrealistic expectations if you demand that your business becomes a success within two years.

Not Understanding Your Audience

You can target any niche in the world with advanced marketing and advertising tools these days. To make the most of this you have to actually understand your audience, though. It’s necessary to have the image of your perfect customer, along with their likes/dislikes, and where they hang out.
If you are unable to understand your target audience, your targeting is always going to be slightly off. Conduct customer research before you start to waste your marketing dollars.

You Have No Idea How You Attracted Your Loyal Customers

The most loyal customers in your brand will be the ones who purchase every new product or service without question. These are the people you can rely on. At the same time, you need to know how you got them in the first place. It’s important for you to have a good idea for how you found your most loyal customers, so you can continue to replicate these tactics.
With most startups, the top fifth of your customers may account for up to 70 percent of your overall revenue, and this won’t change much as you grow.

Wagering Everything on One Marketing Campaign

Marketing is a game of trial and error whether you’re a small business or a large business. There are lots of things you can try and part of your growth period is to test out all these different tactics. But it’s difficult to do this when you’re wagering your entire marketing budget on a single campaign.
Don’t give yourself one shot to make your startup work. There’s a time and a place for this, but it’s not now. The best way to handle marketing as a startup is to start with extremely small scale tests.
Scaling up your marketing efforts should be done with extreme caution and only when you are sure that you are actually getting results. If it doesn’t work at a small level, it’s certainly not going to work at a higher spending level.

Not Tracking Your Results Well Enough

And then there are times where you are simply not tracking your results well enough. This tends to happen when startups gain a little bit of success in the beginning. They become so caught up in their success that they forget to track their results and compare them against the past.
Only by keeping track of your marketing results can you keep an accurate record of what works and what doesn’t. Without accurate measurements, you are going to repeat the same mistakes over and over again.

What Are the Top Three Things an Angel Investor Looks For?

Today, I am starting a new column here at Small Business Trends. In addition to my regular weekly articles that focus on data-driven discussions of entrepreneurship, I am going to cover my experience as an angel investor in two new monthly columns. Below, we will focus on the top three things that angel investors look for when evaluating a potential investment in a startup company.

What Does an Angel Investor Look For?

A Business Addressing a Real Customer Problem

The first thing I look at when evaluating whether or not to invest in someone else’s startup company is whether the company is responding to serious customer pain point. Selling a new product in a new company is very difficult. But if the startup is addressing a true problem that customers have, it will stand a chance of succeeding.
For example, I recently invested in a company which produces a biosensor that allows growers of fresh produce to identify pathogens, like Listeria, in minutes, not days. Faster identification of pathogens saves both money and lives, both of which are important to growers.

A Company Offering a Dramatically Better Solution than Competitors

The second thing I look for is the company’s solution to the customer’s problem. The odds of the company’s success are much higher when the entrepreneur is offering a dramatically better solution than other alternatives.
For instance, one of my portfolio companies uses artificial intelligence to allow salespeople to develop customized openings for email messages. The company’s product allows sales people to create email messages with three times higher click-through rates than templated messages. And it allows the sales people to create the message in less than half the time it takes to do it manually.
A six-fold increase in the number of “click-throughs” per minute of crafting time is a major improvement to companies undertaking email sales.

A Business-Led by an Experienced Entrepreneur

The third thing I look for is startup experience. As someone who has researched and taught entrepreneurship for 25 years, I can tell you one thing for sure. Much of what it takes to be a successful company founder cannot be learned in school or working for someone else. It is learned by doing.
That is why I look for entrepreneurs who have started at least one previous business with a successful exit. The exit doesn’t have to be huge. But the act of building a company and selling it to someone else for a reasonable return on the entrepreneur’s time and the investors’ capital already puts a founder in rare company.
More importantly, that outcome indicates to me that the person knows several things that inexperienced entrepreneurs might not know. For instance, the founder of one of my portfolio companies, had three previous exits, including a company he sold in 2011. That experience was a big draw for me when I investigated financing the company.
There are many more things I will investigate before I make an investment decision — whether I like and trust the founder; whether the entrepreneur can sell; whether the team is complete; whether the company’s business model makes sense; whether the idea is scalable; whether the market is large enough ; and whether there is sustainable competitive advantage, among other things.
But if I had to list the top three things an angel investor looks for when making investments — it’s these three items identified above.

Instagram Now Allows 60-Second Videos: Here's Why

Instagram has just shared good news to Instagram fanatics: the photo and video-based social network is now allowing 60-second videos on its platform. But why?

Instagram rolled out the most recent update on March 29 to all of its users across the globe.

With the update onboard, Instagram is now increasing the allowed length of videos uploaded from 15 seconds to 60 seconds. It appears like the company has realized that 15 seconds is not enough to showcase one's creativity through their posted videos.
Instagram reveals on a blog post that in the last six months, the time people spent streaming videos increased by more than 40 percent. It thinks that longer videos signify diverse stories from the accounts users love the most.
Moreover, Instagram says it wants to bring "fun, flexible and creative ways to create and watch video on Instagram" to its users.
"As part of our continued commitment, you'll soon have the flexibility to tell your story in up to 60 seconds of video," Instagram says, adding that this is only one step of many its users will see within the year.
Sephi Shapira, the chief executive of performance mobile advertising company MassiveImpact says that increasing the video length to full minute is about keeping Instagram users in the feed.
"Unlike Youtube where users jump from video to video, Instagram wants users to finish videos," says Shapira.
Paul Monckton of Forbes believes that increasing the length of allowed video clips on Instagram could prevent users from shifting to other platforms, in the likes of Snapchat or YouTube.
He also adds that it will also enable bloggers to push out more engaging content, for instance recipes or make up tips, that are difficult to cram into only 15 seconds.
Kathleen Chaykowski, also from Forbes, says that perhaps Facebook has realized that videos are key to boosting Instagram’s business, considering the impact of video ads on Facebook.
Forecasting company eMarketer predicts that Facebook-owned Instagram could have mobile ad sales of $1.37 billion in the United States and $1.48 billion across the globe within the year.
In the meantime, to sweeten the pot, Instagram is also dishing out one more great news, particularly to iOS users. It is bringing back a well-liked functionality on its iOS app, which is the ability to put together several video clips into one.
"For iOS, we're also bringing back the ability to make videos out of multiple clips from your camera roll," it says.
With the new 60-second limit on videos, users will certainly have a greater chance to show off what they've got.
Note that iOS users have to download the iOS app's version 7.19 and they're good to go.
Again, the ability to post 60-second videos is pushed out to all Instagram users across all platforms while the feature to stitch together multiple clips is released only to iOS users.
Instagram says that it is rolling out the update in waves starting March 29, which means that there is a possibility that some users can still receive the update on succeeding months.
However, you may check out if the update has already landed on your handset by trying to take a 60-second video and posting it. Once you have successfully uploaded the video, then it means that you can now benefit from this nifty feature, along with other new functionalities Instagram has recently given to its app.

8 Valuable Tips for Women Entrepreneurs

The feminist in me (which is pretty much all of me) bristles a bit when we talk about women entrepreneurs as a separate group that requires preferential advice. But unfortunately, we still live in a patriarchal society and as much as I wish I could deny it, women are still treated differently in many areas, including entrepreneurship.
There are also a lot of double-standards out there when it come to how female and male entrepreneurs are treated. Yet, starting in a lower position than our male counterparts, female entrepreneurs are forced to work harder and often outperform men.
All of that being said, I have to admit that it is still somewhat helpful to see advice out there that is specifically tailored towards women and how we interpret and are interpreted by, the world.
Here are some of the best pieces of advice I’ve seen for women entrepreneurs recently. I should add that, if we were to put this advice into a Venn Diagram, while all of it would be useful for women entrepreneurs, a lot of it would also be useful for all entrepreneurs whether male or female, and a lot of it would also be useful for women in general.
  1. Find your passion. If you’re going to be spending most of your waking hours working towards something, try your damndest to make it something you’re truly passionate about.
  2. Keep your home and work life separate. This can be a huge challenge for those who work from home, and if you’re diving into a startup venture full-time and can’t afford an office space, you’ll almost definitely be working from home. If you keep your schedule too flexible, customers and clients will take advantage of it, causing unnecessary stress.
  3. Form real connections with other women. I’m not saying join a twelve step program for women entrepreneurs (does such a thing exist? That could be a genius startup idea in itself!) but get out there and meet other women who are in the same boat. Get yourself a kickass mentor, or create a group if one doesn’t already exist in your area.
  4. Network your face off. Even if you’re far from a social butterfly, you can still network with the best of them. Being a successful networker is a learned skill. Knowing the right people, or even just knowing the people who know the right people can be incredibly beneficial when you’re trying to build and grow your business. It can also help you become part of a community of likeminded folk.
  5. Don’t start a business just for the money. Sure there are a lot of serial entrepreneurs who jump from one venture to the next and chase trends and money rather than what really interests them. This works, but not often, and it can take a long time before you start actually making money, so it’s best to make sure you enjoy what you’re doing so you don’t burn out before the money even comes.
  6. Be brutally honest with yourself. If you can’t be honest with yourself, how can you be expected to be honest with anyone else. It’s challenging at first, but you need to be able to see your own strengths and weaknesses with a critical eye, and assess shortcomings or needs for additional support with unbiased judgement.
  7. Ask for help when you need it. This goes along with the previous tip. Don’t try to conquer the world single-handedly. The most successful entrepreneurs know when to ask for help. Be strategic about it and know that it’s not a sign of weakness, it’s a sign of good judgement and awareness.
  8. Take risks. Almost every aspect of entrepreneurship involves taking risks, and while some might end in failure, the ones that don’t can be very rewarding. Just remember to enter these risks with the confidence that you will succeed.

10 Time Management Hacks Every Entrepreneur Needs To Know

Entrepreneurs lead a busy and overwhelming life, whether you’re just starting out or already leading a company – you know how much your time is worth to you. But do you know where your time goes? Turns out, most people don’t, we all end up staring at our phones way too often and wondering just how we spent all day working without really achieving much. With life getting out of hand daily, everyone wants more control over their time. This is where time management comes in, a topic much raved about but still rarely practiced. Here are ten tips to get you started:

1. Track your time

The more you know about where your time goes, the more you’ll be able to hold yourself accountable. If you’re into time sheets, block out your day in a notebook and start writing down what you spend time on. If however, you’d rather save time tracking time, try one of the time tracking tools available out there and finally get a sense of your time. Time management expert, Laura Vanderkam suggest tracking all of your time for a week (precisely, 168 hours) to get a better sense of your habits. It’s a great start and the results are bound to dazzle you.

2. Stop guesstimating

Now that you’re tracking time, you have a lot more insight into what tasks take the most of your time and how long certain tasks take. Set goals for every week and try to estimate how long will these take to accomplish. Your goal for next week will be bringing estimates as close as possible to reality. If you’ve ever worked in a management position, you know how hard it is for some people to estimate the time it’ll take for certain tasks. Now, try it for yourself and don’t worry if you’re way off – you’ll get better, that’s what time management is about anyway.

3. Plan ahead

Apparently, every minute you spend on planning saves you at least ten minutes in execution. If this sounds too good to be true – try it for yourself. Start your week on a Sunday, grab a pen and paper and think thoroughly about everything you want to achieve this week, think about bigger goals but also try to line up the steps needed. Make sure you’re ready to start work on Monday, rather than spending your morning trying to figure out where to start from.

4. Make a smarter to-do list

Don’t just list our everything that needs to be done and expect to cross things off the list as they come. Organize your list by priority, make your goals realistic, and set a daily focus for each day of the week. This will help you clear your head and make your to-do list a bit more bearable, it also will help focus and stop wasting your time on reorganizing the list.

5. Batch related tasks together

Since focus is key to productivity, be smart about the things you choose to dedicate your time to and what time of day you spend on these. If you try managing your company internal stuff while emailing investors and discussing new feature requests, you’re bound to lose focus on at least one if not all of those things. So try to divide your weekly tasks in categories – internal, fundraising, development etc. Your brain can’t do context switching full time, try to keep focus on similar tasks to stay on track and save time.

6. Schedule time for interruptions

You have a team of employees depending on you, you have a hundred unread notifications on your phone, you have meetings that require follow-ups, and the cleaners also need you to let them into the parking lot once they arrive. You’re an entrepreneur, you get interrupted a lot. This is why you should never schedule your day 100%, make plans for being interrupted. This might sound counterintuitive make sure you to optimize your schedule so the interruptions don’t disrupt your entire workflow.

7. Make use of prep time

Whether it’s a meeting or a phone call – anything that might go on forever and eat out your time while you helplessly try to get back to work – plan it out. Make an agenda for every meeting or phone call you have scheduled, make sure you lay out the goals you want to achieve with this, start with an introduction to everyone involved, be a leader of every conversation you’re in, and once everybody’s gotten what they wanted from it. Start with your exit strategy and don’t let small talk take over.

8. Take breaks

Contrary to popular belief and modern business culture, breaks are not a waste of time. Breaks help restore focus and give you a fresh start for any task you have on hand. Be generous to yourself and take breaks often, don’t let the feeling of burnout get to you. Whether it’s a walk to the nearby park or a quick round of Candy Crush, you’ll feel refreshed and as good as new when back to work. Alternatively, try the Pomodoro method and see how it fits into your workflow.

9. Make use of incubation

Incubation, in terms of psychology, is one of the four stages of creativity and it starts when you’re not actively thinking about whatever problems need solving or ideas you’re trying to develop. Don’t think about work all the time. I know it might seem hard for someone that is supposed to always be working toward their goals but you’re actually more likely to get new ideas and think of solutions to problems you’re facing when you’re not actively thinking about the solutions. Many entrepreneurs boast about not taking weekends off or bringing their work home. The truth is you’re far more productive when not constantly keeping busy.

10. Calm down

Have you ever noticed how time goes by so slowly when you just calm down, clear your head and stay in the moment? Yoga, meditation, mindfulness are all methods of taking back some control over present, rather than planning for the future or thinking about the past. However, you don’t have to turn into a zen guru to feel the moment. It’s enough to try and not think about anything for a few minutes, enjoy a view, play with a pet, enjoy artwork or simply gaze at the sky. Be present and don’t let your time be taken over by the numerous distractions of the modern world and you’ll be happier and more productive in no time.

VISUAL CONTENT MARKETING STRATEGIES FOR 2016

Stand Out on Social Media with These Visual Marketing Strategies

Visual content is still the best kind of content for social media marketing. Images and videos get more likes, shares, comments, and other engagement than text-only updates. Creating and sharing visual content    is essential for any social media marketing campaign. In order to stand out, create content that resonates with your audience in a way that speaks directly to their needs and desires.
According to a recent infographic on  Curalate, only seven percent of marketers feel confident about their current visual content strategy:

Today’s savvy social media prospect quickly dismisses the run-of-the-mill or average image that doesn’t directly appeal to their emotions or needs. When your business is able to craft the right message for your   target market with a personal approach, your images can leads to more prospects and growth in your networks.

1. Creating Stand-Out Visual Content

The best way to go visual on social media is to create and share your own unique content. This can include photographs, professional images, videos, infographics, or memes that you make using tools and editing programs.
Creating Stand-Out Visual Content
You don’t have to have a large budget to achieve this, and many free and low-cost resources are available to use such as Canva, Pablo by Buffer, Flipagram, Adobe Photoshop Express, SlideShare, and more.

2. Snippets and Previews

In addition to sharing your own visual creations, you can share snippets or movie clips as a preview of the content you want to share. On social media sites such as Facebook, the site automatically picks out an image from your content to create a preview. Along with a catchy headline, this thumbnail image gives your followers an idea of what to expect if they click your link.

3. Focus on the Right Style for Each Social Network

Depending on where your target audience is hanging out your business will want to focus on crafting visual content that not only matches the format of a particular social media platform, but also is the most responsive for your community. Facebook and Instagram posts, for example, garner a larger response from personalized photos, quotes, emotional or funny videos, or product images.
Here’s a great example on Instagram from marketing expert, Rebekah Radice:
Focus on the Right Style for Each Social Network
If your audience loves to hang out on Pinterest then color tends to do better than low-saturation images, like this Pin from   Mashable:

Pin from Mashable
The most effective images can be discovered by researching what your competition is posting or tweeting, and creating your own original spin. Keep a record of what garners the most response and any repetitive patterns that are working the best.

4. Crowdsourcing Images

Another shortcut to create visual content is to crowdsource. Give your social media followers a challenge. For example, ask them to take pictures of creative uses of your products. They give you the images and you post them on places like Facebook, Instagram or Pinterest. This method gives your followers a way to participate directly in your brand and gives you easy, fun content. If you set up a contest with prizes, you’re even more likely to get a slew of interesting visuals to share. Applebees   involves its fans and customers by posting their dining experiences on Instagram:

5. Getting the Most out of Visuals on Social Media

Sharing visual content will get you more activity on your social media profiles, but here are some other ways to leverage your visuals and make the most of them.
  • Actively use Pinterest, Instagram, and other visual social media platforms and take advantage of their sharing capabilities to share on Facebook, Twitter, and the other social media sites you use.
  • Take time to create or choose a picture for your profile that conveys your brand message and vision (this is particularly important for your Facebook Timeline cover photo).
  • Invest in tools that are easy for you to use and include all the features you need, and get into a regular routine of visual content creation and sharing.
  • Find good sources for visual content curation to augment your content creation schedule.
  • Get into a regular routine of creating short, one to two minute videos for social media sharing.

6. Size and Style

Be careful with sizing and take note of size requirements when adding images to your social media profiles. Always look at your images as you post them to make sure they look the way they should. Make sure that you understand the sizing requirements of the social media sites you use, especially Facebook, which often makes changes to these requirements.
Here’s a great chart provided by the Marketing TechBlog:
Social Media Image Size Chart
The general rule of thumb is to    create your images at the largest possible size  according to each network. If you’re sharing video, direct uploads work best on Facebook while Google Plus is integrated with YouTube. For shorter videos on places like Instagram and Vine you can try on programs like iMovie or Flipagram to make edits or upload directly and edit right from Instagram.

7. Focus on Fun

Just like your regular content, focus on providing value and sharing content that’s relevant. But with visual content, another important element is fun. This is a major reason why people share the content they like: it inspires them, makes them laugh or entertains them in some way. Try to strike a good balance between informing and entertaining.
Visual marketing for the upcoming years will continue to climb as a dominant force in growing your business online. Through creative, relevant, and original images or video that directly speak to your audience you can create a stronger loyal following with higher conversion rates. High quality content that best represents your brand message can go a long way in making new connections who will want to share what you have to offer.

10 Ways to Boost your Digital Marketing Strategy in 2016

Here are powerful ways to boost your digital marketing efforts in 2016

1. Focus on Mobile Marketing:

Mobile marketing has increasingly become the focus area of every Digital Marketer and Brand, but no one has cracked it completely yet. Brands are still figuring out what sort of Mobile marketing strategy is best for them and how much of it.  But, every marketer needs to understand that Mobile marketing is not just about, Apps and Mobile sites it’s whole lot of other things too and how important is Mobile Marketing for your Company?
Year 2016 will witness Mobile as the biggest digital marketing avenue amongst all, with every other brand, social media & Tech giants designing and developing their products with specific focus on Mobile to get a bigger piece of the Mobile User base. Remember the Google algorithm change that considered your Website is Mobile responsive or notthat’s just 1 example.
So, now is the time for every marketer to up the ante on Mobile Marketing and design new strategies with larger focus on Mobile.

2. Use Identity based Pay-Per-Click:

Google Adwords came up with a surprise for all digital marketers with their Customer Match targeting in September 2015. You can now target people basis their email address and Mobile Numbers, you can now reach new users similar to your customer list with its Similar Audience targeting, which means better and more qualified leads.
It’s more like your Facebook custom audience & Look-a-like targeting option, but even better because now you can reach your existing customers or new customers on – Youtube, Gmail and Search.

3. Engage audience with Live Video Streaming:

Videos are the most popular content marketing medium and this is evident with the engagement of users with Videos and growth of Youtube. (Must Read 9 Content Marketing Strategies that will dominate 2016)
Brands need to break the clutter of thousands of Ads and social media to grab their user’s attention and engage them. How?
The answer is live video streaming, it is a tactic used by few but can be a very impactful content marketing strategy if used creatively to engage your audience.
Meerkat, Livestream, Broadcaster, wirecast cam, periscope are few popular live video steaming apps with social sharing and instant messaging options.

4. Advertise on Instagram:

Instagram Ads should be part of your Social Media + Mobile marketing strategy as it an awesome way to target user’s on-the-go with carousal ads or a 15 second video.
Since, many brands have yet not started with these, it will help you give better visibility due to less clutter.

5. Show Interest in Pinterest:

We know how Pinterest is creating interest amongst Brands with its buyable pins, but soon it would be launching its ‘Animated Cinematic Pins’.
These cinematic pins will act like video snippets when a user would scroll on it. Brands would be able to target specific users basis their interest with these animated cinematic pins.
It would also be interesting to know that majority of Pinterest users (approx. 80%) use it on their handheld devices and 45% of the users are searching for inspiration or while shopping. Pinteresthas already rolled out a keyword heavy guided search last year.
Now it is important for Digital marketers to show interest in Pinterest and promote their Brand and engage with their target audience.

6. Make your Customers your Marketers:

Word of mouth is still one of the strongest medium to increase sales. For a positive word of mouth or let’s say to make you customers as your brand marketers, use your Customers experience and testimonials as content.
Make use of channels like – Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, WhatsApp, Meerkat for your customers to market your brand. Think out of the box…be creative!

7. Content Re-marketing:

Its clichéd, but we know Content is King. Content marketing works, be it engaging users or for your SEO perspective.
So, what is content re-marketing? It is very similar to re-targeting, but the catch here is to re-target your website visitors or let’s say existing and would be customers with engaging content that compels them to make a transaction.
Engaging a user with great content will make them share it further with their family and friends giving your Brand better reach to New audiences.

8. Create an Omni-channel experience:

What is an omni-channel? As per definition – it is a multi-channel approach to sales that seeks to provide the customer with whether the customer is shopping online, by telephone or in a store.
#Snapdeal became the first e-commerce company in India to create an omni-channel experience for its users.
Omni-channel is great way to create a seamless customer experience especially for brands with brick-&-mortar and online sales options.  Digital marketers of such brands can come up with innovative strategies to use this technique.

9. Search Ads:

You must be wondering what’s new about search ads, it’s been there for ages now and every digital marketer has used it sometime or the other. Well, you are right! But, but one should understand how powerful this ad type is…it is the best form of native and pull advertising. Again, what’s new?
For starters, you can target Ads based on demographics of your TG with Search Ads, the only thing needed is to get your Adwords account white-listed by Google for Search Ads demographic targeting (it might take a little more than week for Google to whitelist the account for it) and start saving on unwanted clicks and cost.
I have successfully used Search Ads with demographic targeting in #Pearson and #BorderlessAccess, saving on cost and reaching out to more relevant TG.
Second, with every brand coming out with their own App and with the increasing challenge to drive discovery and installs for their App. It becomes even more important for your App to appear in front of your audiences search results for new apps on Play store. So, how do we ensure visibility? By running search ads or search App install ads on Google play and increase chances of your App discovery and install.

10. Capitalise on Thank You Pages & Transaction e-mailers:

Thank You pages and Transaction mailers are untapped gold mines. They are the most unused elements, which if used properly can lead to increased customer experience, sales and engagement.
Thank You pages can help drive secondary conversions and help engage your customer from lead registration pages on their first transaction.
Whereas, Transactional/ Thank You e-mailers place your content directly in your lead or customers inbox, unlike your promotional mailers that land in the Gmail promotional tab (NOTE: If you check your database at least 60% of your customers would be using a Gmail id).
It has been seen that, Thank You and Transactional mailers leads to a 2x increase in Open Rate and CTR and increase conversions and engagement with a brand. Do not ignore the power of good Thank You pages and Transactional mailers.
This is just the start, digital world will certainly grow manifold in 2016 manifold keeping all digital marketers on the edge to innovate and create something amazing with their marketing minds.
